Tutor.com allows anyone to sign up and work as an at home tutor. The work consists of you interacting with students over their online interface at tutor.com. You help students with their homework and edit essays. Anyone can apply, but you must pass a test in any subjects that you wish to tutor others in. Also if there are too many tutors in one area, they limit how many people can sign up. It seems that if you pass the subject test in science or math you are guaranteed work.
