West at Home is a company that hires agents (aka, you) to work in their own home office and take phone calls for companys. The application process is similar to any other job application, they require job history, back ground checks, etc. So you still need to do the leg work to get hired, but once you are in, you can sit at home and take calls in your pajamas.
